Shipping Fee: Free on all orders.
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (post production)
Orders are shipped via trusted domestic couriers with tracking provided.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Shipping Fee: ₹1,500 (AED 65)
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (post production)
Shipped via reliable express couriers. Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.
Please Note: Customs duties (if any) are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

United States (US)

Shipping Fee: ₹2,000 (USD 24)
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (post production)
We ship using express international partners with tracking and updates.
Duties/Taxes: Not included. Any applicable import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

United Kingdom (UK)

Shipping Fee: ₹1,800 (GBP 18)
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (post production)
All shipments are tracked and delivered by trusted global couriers.
Customs Info: Import fees (if applicable) are to be covered by the customer.

Made-To-Order & Bespoke

All our pieces are tailor-made — produced only after your order is placed. This allows us to minimize waste, focus on craftsmanship, and create garments made to truly fit. Production Time: Please allow 14–21 days for your order to be made before shipping.
For bespoke garments, production time may vary depending on the design. We’ll share a timeline with you during the order process.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At ZHEA, each garment is thoughtfully created with care, precision, and individuality in mind. As most of our pieces are tailor-made or bespoke, we follow a strict no refund, no exchange policy.

Tailor-Made Garments

All tailor-made garments are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. As such, we do not offer exchanges, and refunds are not accepted once an order has been confirmed.

Bespoke Pieces

Bespoke garments are fully customized and made exclusively for you. Due to the unique nature of these pieces, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Alterations

We understand the importance of the ideal fit — especially for tailor-made and bespoke garments.
Customers residing in India may be eligible for alterations. Please contact us after receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist.
For international clients, while we do not offer post-delivery alterations, we’re happy to provide detailed guidance to support your local tailor. Our team is always available to advise on adjustments and ensure you feel confident in your fit.
